Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no time limit. You get a digital menu, a QR code, and one location. The public menu shows a small 'Powered by Vino' footer; upgrade to Pro to remove it and unlock your own design studio and branding.

Each location in Vino has its own URL, QR codes, and menu. That has real operational cost for us (storage, bandwidth, support, moderation) and real value for you. Business includes 3 locations at $79/mo, then $19/mo per additional location. It matches how Toast, Square, and most restaurant platforms price. Running a larger group? Contact us and we will tailor a setup.

Studio is everything in Business plus Guest Video Rewards: diners film a short video about their meal right from your menu, AI checks that it is real and usable, they instantly get a reward you choose (a free menu item), and you keep the full-size footage for your own marketing. Studio costs $99.90 per month and comes with a 28-day free trial.

All paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, GST, and sales tax in 200+ countries, issues invoices, and is the counterparty on your card statement. Paddle supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA.

Yes. Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial, and Studio includes a 28-day free trial, when you start from the Free plan. You add a payment method at checkout; Paddle does not charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time inside the trial.

Yes, from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Adding a location on Business is prorated to the rest of the billing period; removing one stops the charge at the next renewal.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge on any paid plan: Pro, Business, or Studio. After that, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Custom setups for larger restaurant groups run on a signed order form with terms we agree together.

Yes. Paddle calculates and adds the correct VAT, GST, or sales tax for your country based on the billing address you enter at checkout. Business customers can enter a valid VAT or GST number to apply reverse charge where applicable.

No. The subscription fee is what you pay us; we do not take any share of your food revenue. When online ordering arrives on a later phase of the product, your diners will pay through your own processor, not through Vino, and we will not hold customer funds.

Your account stays read-only for 60 days after cancellation so you can export your data or re-subscribe. After 60 days the workspace is permanently deleted. Public menus go offline at the end of the billing period you already paid for.
